RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Individual (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Leather Estate Located at IN.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or CREDIT/GIFT CARD which are subject to the below terms:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

You will be updated for their Return Status through their EMAIL, provided that contact information is recorded to us.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase within 10 business days. If the payment was made through bank the following information are needed to be provided:

Full name and Bank Account number with IFSC code.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 7 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the product

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn’t used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product that are on sale or discounted is not eligible for Credit

If the product you have received which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 15 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can’t be used to pay for shipping fees.
